Terms of service.
Effective Date: 4/20/25
Welcome to Mind Over Chatter. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the coaching services provided by Andrea Natalia Reconco (“Coach”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking a session, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Services
The Coach agrees to provide professional coaching services designed to support personal development and academic success, including but not limited to:
One-on-one coaching sessions (in-person, phone, or video)
Goal setting, mindset transformation, and accountability support
Customized action plans tailored to the Client’s goals
Ongoing communication and support as mutually agreed
Important: Coaching is a partnership designed to facilitate self-reflection, clarity, and growth. It is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If you require psychological or medical assistance, please consult a licensed provider.
2. Session Schedule, Cancellation & Rescheduling
Session Duration: Coaching sessions can be scheduled from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the topic and your individual needs. Sessions are capped at one hour to promote clarity, prevent overwhelm, and ensure clients leave with focused, actionable steps.
Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
The first late cancellation will result in a formal warning. Continued disregard for the policy may result in the termination of services.
Exceptions may be made in cases of genuine emergencies, at the Coach’s discretion.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted with 48 hours’ advance notice, subject to availability. If rescheduling cannot be accommodated within a reasonable time frame, the session will be considered forfeited if not canceled properly.
Please respect both your time and the Coach’s time by adhering to this policy.
3. Fees and Payment
In alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification requirements, the Coach is currently completing:
30 hours of pro bono (unpaid) coaching
70 hours of paid coaching services
As part of this certification process, you may be asked to submit either a pre-determined fee outlined on the booking page, or a donation amount of your choosing to support the completion of required paid hours. Your coach will advise you on payments during the discovery session.
All payments or contributions must be submitted prior to your scheduled session, unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.
Failure to complete payment before the session time will result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment.
4. Confidentiality
Your privacy and trust are deeply respected and protected.
All conversations that take place during coaching sessions are held in the strictest confidence. The Coach will never record or take notes without your express consent.
If note-taking or recording is agreed upon, please know that these materials are used solely for the Coach’s personal reflection and professional development, to better refine and improve coaching skills. They will never be shared, published, or distributed in any form.
As part of the Coach’s ICF certification, it is necessary to verify coaching hours by providing your name and contact information to the accrediting organization. This will only occur with your consent and will be used exclusively for verification purposes.
Your comfort, safety, and confidence in this process remain the Coach’s highest priority.
5. Liability Disclaimer
By participating in coaching services offered by Mind Over Chatter, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Coaching is a collaborative and supportive process designed to facilitate personal growth, self-awareness, and goal achievement. The results of coaching depend largely on the Client’s personal efforts, actions, and level of commitment.
The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or results that occur as a result of coaching conversations or recommendations.

Clients are encouraged to consult with appropriate healthcare or mental health professionals when necessary. Coaching should be viewed as a complementary support tool, not a replacement for professional medical or therapeutic services.
By booking and participating in sessions, you agree to release the Coach from any and all liability related to outcomes, interpretations, or perceived failures in connection with coaching.
6. Termination of Services
The Coach reserves the right to terminate services at any time, particularly in cases where:
There is a consistent breach of the cancellation policy
The coaching relationship is no longer beneficial
Professional boundaries or ethical standards are violated
Clients are welcome to end the coaching relationship at any time with or without written notice.
